Synchron Networks Raises $10 Million Funding
Second-round financing strengthens company to deliver its
innovative software deployment platform
Scotts Valley, California - Synchron Networks
Inc., a pioneer in secure software deployment announced today that
it has raised $10 million of second-round funding in a financial
transaction co-led by returning Series A lead investor, 3i and a
new investor, Onset Ventures.
3i is the world's largest venture capital company
and Onset Ventures is a leading investor in communications and software
technology companies. Total funding for the company is $18 million.
Darlene Mann, Onset Ventures General Partner, has joined the company's
board of directors.
