Controller

Manage operational and financial reporting functions
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports
Review business transactions and determine appropriate accounting treatment under FASB
Ensure proper operation of financial controls
Prepare budgets and forecasts
Meet financial reporting requirements for investors and regulatory authorities
Prepare for eventual SEC filings
Coordinate and prepare materials for audits and tax filing
Manage and upgrade financial systems as needed
Hire, train and supervise finance staff, as necessary

Expert technical accounting skills and proven ability to apply FASB and SEC rules
Excellent analytical, communication, and management skills
Effective problem-solving and prioritization skills
7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial planning required
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; MBA and/or CPA preferred
Experience with a software company strongly preferred

Integration Engineer

Work with development staff to develop and maintain product build system on all supported platforms
Create, integrate and maintain build verification tests
Develop and maintain custom installation scripts and programs for all platforms
Document and maintain Software Requirements, product needs and user suggestions
Troubleshoot installation failures on-site and at customer sites.
Assist development staff with software footprint reduction efforts on all platforms
Create update packages for new versions and upgrades
Develop and maintain program to perform distributed installations of our product

Prior experience creating and maintaining build systems on Solaris and Windows systems
Prior experience creating custom installation scripts and/or programs for Solaris and Windows systems
Prior experience using InstallShield or similar tools
Experience writing Java programs
Experience working with and trouble shooting SQL based databases
Experience with source control software and procedures and defect tracking systems
Very strong listening, communication (oral and written), and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work with customers to solve installation and configuration problems
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience with C/C++ and ANT preferred
